The company covers an area of 15,000 square meters, has modern production facilities and equipment, and is committed to the research and development and production of rotational molded products. Rotomolding process is the core technology of Jingcan Rubber and Plastic. The products are widely used in motorcycle manufacturing, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other industries. It is a domestic manufacturer of large-displacement motorcycle rotomolded fuel tanks, accounting for more than 90% of the domestic production share. At the same time, it is also the first in China to realize the spray painting of rotational molding products and obtain a national patent. In addition, the company has achieved the manufacturing capacity of all categories of rotational molded products such as LLDPE, XLPE, PP, PA6, and PA12. It has taken the lead in the field of rotomolded products manufacturing and reached the international equivalent level.
In order to ensure the quality of products, Jingcan Rubber and Plastic has set up a special technical laboratory and is equipped with advanced testing equipment.
